NBA Scouts Monitoring Breakers' "Wunderkind"

As the talent level in the NBL continues to swell, more and more NBA eyes are locked onto the league, with a host of scouts in Australia this week.
Newscorp has revealed scouts from the Houston Rockets and Portland Trail Blazers, along with other teams, will have representatives in Australia to watch and meet with NBL players.
Unsurprisingly, NBL Next Star and New Zealand Breakers wunderkind Rayan Rupert is a “main focus”, according to the report. ESPN has Rupert ranked 18th in their latest NBA mock draft.
MVP front-runner Xavier Cooks is also near the top of the list for scouts, as the 27-year-old attracts NBA attention.
Other names NBA scouts are looking at, according to Newscorp, include Cleveland Cavaliers draftee Luke Travers, Brady Manek, Keanu Pinder and Robert Franks.
