The BNZ Breakers head into the FIBA international window on a crucial high after securing a nerve-wracking 102-96 road win against the Cairns Taipans. That victory, spearheaded by the clutch-time composure of Izaiah Brockington, showed they can close out winnable games.

Their challenge will be to immediately re-integrate the returning international players and maintain the synergy recently displayed by Brockington and Jackson-Cartwright.
