Regional Victorian basketball fans will get the chance to enjoy world class hoops when the Sky Sport Breakers return to Bendigo next month.
The Breakers will host two games at Bendigo Stadium against the South East Melbourne Phoenix on Sunday April 10 and the Sydney Kings on Tuesday April 12.
It will be the second consecutive season games are held in Bendigo with the Breakers also facing Melbourne United at the same venue last year.
“We are absolutely thrilled to be returning to Bendigo,” Hungry Jack’s NBL Commissioner Jeremy Loeliger said.
“The passion of the fans in Bendigo, and regional Victoria more broadly, is unquestioned. The support they showed last season was magnificent and we look forward to returning with the Breakers, Phoenix and Kings.
“I want to thank the Council and State Government for their support. These games wouldn’t be possible without them and I’m sure fans will vote with their feet.”
Tickets for both games are available now at Ticketek.
Meantime, there has been venue changes for Thursday’s game against the Brisbane Bullets Sunday’s encounter with the Taipans.
Both games will now be played at the Cairns Convention Centre, after originally being scheduled to be played at MyState Bank Arena in Hobart.
