Breakers x Qantas Championship Series Game Three Experience Competition Terms

• On receipt of your NBL24 Full Season Auckland Membership $100 Deposit you will automatically be entered into the prize draw (the Competition) and will be deemed to have agreed to these Competition terms. The winner will win:
  • Two return Business Class seats to Sydney. The flights are as followed – (Auckland-Sydney QF146) departing Auckland at 16.15 on Thursday 9 March and will arrive in Sydney at 17.50 and the return flight (Sydney-Auckland QF145) departing Sydney on Saturday 11 March at 11.45 and arrive in Auckland at 16.55.
  • Accommodation in Sydney for two people for two nights (Thursday 9 March & Friday 10 March 2023).
  • A double pass to Game 3 of the NBL Hungry Jack’s Championship Series at Qudos Bank Arena on Friday 10 March 2023 at 7.30PM AEST.
  • Prize winners are entitled to change their flights within the same cabin, however should business class not be available on the new desired flight the prize winner with forfeit and automatically travel in Economy Class.
  • No compensation will be provided.
• This Competition commences on 7pm Wednesday 1 March 2023 and ends at 12pm Sunday 5 March 2023 (the Promo Period).
• The Promoter of this Competition is Breakers Basketball Ltd.
• The Competition winner will receive the Breakers x Qantas Championship Series Game Three Experience (the Prize). There is one prize to be won.
• This Competition is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and above.
• This Competition is not open to our employees, agents, contractors, consultants, or their immediate families or to other persons assisting with this Competition.
• Two people will be randomly drawn from all valid entries received and will then go head-to-head in an on-court activation in Game 2 of NBL Hungry Jack’s Championship Series at Spark Arena on Sunday 5 March 2023 at 6PM.
• There will be a secondary prize if the first two people drawn are not ticketholders for Game 2 of NBL Hungry Jack’s Championship Series at Spark Arena on Sunday 5 March 2023 at 6PM
• We are not responsible or liable for any late, lost or misdirected entries or for any problems or technical malfunction which may result in delay or failure to enter you into the draw.
• We accept no responsibility or liability (costs or otherwise) in connection with the Prize or for any winner’s use of the Prize.
• The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Transfers and additional costs not included.
• One prize draw entry per person.
• Our decisions on all matters relating to this Competition are final and no correspondence will be entered into. We reserve the right to verify the validity of an entry or a winner's right to redeem the prize in accordance with these Competition terms. We also reserve the right to amend the prize offered and these terms and conditions and in its absolute discretion amend or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice.
• To the extent permitted by law, we exclude any liability we may have to you arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with this Competition.
• All surveys/entries to this Competition become our property and will not be returned to the entrants. Any personal information collected as part of this Competition will be held by Breakers Basketball Ltd. You will have the right to access, update and correct such information.
