Community Nominations
At the heart of the Sky Sport Breakers is our strong sense of community. As a club we strive to be more than just a dominating force on the court, but also bring that passion when giving back to our community. From growing the game of basketball at the grass roots, to working alongside our local community to distribute resources, we take great pride in turning this country into “Hoops Heaven”.
This season, alongside community projects with our partners and schools, we want to give back to you Breaker Nation. We will be taking nominations for teams, individuals, clubs, schools and businesses to get in touch with the Breakers, and allow us to come and give a boost to those you think deserve it.

The first round of community nominations visits saw our players surprising the students at Glen Eden Primary School and Henderson Valley School. Giving back to the community is what inspires our club, and the team loved getting out to the schools and playing ball just as much as the kids did.

We're always on the look out for our local heroes, and we’re open to talking about how we can help. Whether it’s popping in to come have a chat with our team, providing school equipment, training session or a speaker series.
